I learned that the
The White House Garden Tours have been a tradition since 1972 and are offered twice a year, one weekend in the fall and one in the spring. Visitors are invited to view the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, Rose Garden, Children's Garden, South Lawn of the White House and the new Kitchen Garden (which you might recall from
Iron Chef). My friend Marianna from Mexico, is in town for work and had the day off yesterday, so she came with us on our adventure. It was a beautiful day out, which made the tour even more enjoyable and special. I wonder if we will ever be that close to the White House again? Below are some pictures, hope you like them!
