This is Washington, DC. The university I went to is in Houston, TX. However, I was in a cab today and I glanced over and saw the one and only President of Rice University, MR. DAVID LEEBRON!

Anyone care to guess why he was in the nation's capital? All we know is that he was on a corner, near Farragut West (metro), wearing a suit and with a briefcase in hand.
